Los Alamos Co-op to Host Health & Wellness Fair Saturday

The Los Alamos Cooperative Market is hosting its second Health and Wellness Fair 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Co-op, 95 Entrada Dr., next to the Holiday Inn Express.

The Health and Wellness Fair includes massage therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, mental balance coaches, Krav Maga & Z-Health instructors, local artists and other wellness vendors.

The public will have access to samples, consultations, and demonstrations, all provided free. 

As part of the Co-op’s on-going community outreach program, the Health and Wellness Fair connects the community with resources to help stay healthy this fall and winter.

The Los Alamos Co-op is a member-owned enterprise open to the public. … membership is not required to shop.

The Co-op opened March 2, 2011. Its mission includes promoting awareness about food, nutrition, health and cooperative values.

 The Co-op is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
