Kiwanis meets noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays at the Masonic Temple on Sage Street near the intersection of 15th Street and Canyon.Road. Speakers and topics are occasionally subject to change because of illness, conflicts or weather.
Programs:
April 17– Gloria Maestas from the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office will discuss local changes to the June 5 Primary Election Day voting process and the new “Voter Convenience Centers.”
April 24-Committee Meetings.
May 1-Rose Montoya will speak on the Boys and Girls Club and the Lunch Buddy Program.
May 8-Democrats running for Los Alamos County offices in the June 5 Primary Election will be invited to speak.
May 15-Republicans running for Los Alamos County offices in the June 5 Primary Election will be invited to speak.
May 22-Committee Meetings.
May 29-Fifth Tuesday. There will be no noon meeting and no newsletter, but if a volunteer host or hostess steps forward, there will be a party in the evening
.
