Exercise Buffs Circle Ashley Pond
Since Curves has closed, the women who exercised there during early morning decided to meet for walking exercise at various places around town at 6:30 a.m. Here they are Wednesday morning circling Ashley Pond. One of the women estimated that six times around would equal one mile. The last pre-event Relay for Life Volunteer Meeting is 6 p.m. today Large Conference Room (LCR) at Los Alamos Medical Center.
The LCR is located downstairs near the cafeteria and there will be signs providing direction to the meeting. The easiest and most convenient parking is in the back on the canyon-side of LAMC. Pizza and soft drinks will be hosted by LAMC.
