FBI Searching For Teen Who Allegedly Absconded From Pre-Trial Release At Albuquerque Halfway House Dec. 24, 2020

Adrian Nieto, Jr. is on the lam.

FBI News:

A man charged federally with being a felon in possession of ammunition is being sought for allegedly absconding from pre-trial release in Albuquerque.

Adrian Nieto, Jr., 19, of Albuquerque, is accused of leaving an Albuquerque halfway house without permission Dec. 24, 2020, a day after he was placed on pre-trial conditions of release.

The FBI had arrested Nieto Dec. 17, 2020.

A federal warrant has been issued for Nieto’s arrest.

The Albuquerque Police Department is assisting with the investigation.
