The Enchanted Circle Brewing Company at 20 Sage Lane in Angel Fire is hosting its grand opening Saturday.
Enchanted Circle Brewing is a 20-bbl production brewery with a 50-seat tasting room. The brewery will distribute to local restaurants and grocery stores, and use a mobile canning source as an early packaging solution to go with its kegs for state-wide distribution.
The vision of The Enchanted Circle Brewing Company is to start off as a small brewery and with steady growth, to become a regional brewery within 10 years, serving the six states of New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado and Utah and to earn a reputation as the premier brewery in its market.
