PED Seeks Collaborator For Martinez/Yazzie Action Plan

SANTA FE — Tuesday, the New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) announced it is seeking potential partners to assist in facilitating the development and drafting of the Martinez/Yazzie remedial action plan. 

The Martinez/Yazzie remedial action plan will outline how the state will meet its constitutional obligation to provide all New Mexico students—particularly those at risk due to socioeconomic status, language barriers, disability or tribal affiliation—with access to a uniform and sufficient education.
