LAPS: Registration For 2024-25 School Year Opens Monday

LAPS News:

Los Alamos Public Schools (LAPS) will open online registration for the 2024-2025 school year at 8 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024, for students planning to attend LAPS in the fall. This includes new students, kindergarten and preschool.

Registration for returning students will open later in the week.

Go to www.laschools.net/registration for more information and to register beginning March 4 using either a computer or smartphone.

Born and raised in Roswell, Cpl. Amos Smith from the Los Alamos Police Department has a story.

He is creating a safe place for students at Los Alamos High School (LAHS) working as the School Resource Officer (SRO).

PAC 8 & Teen Center To Offer Video Production Class

PAC 8 and the Los Alamos Teen Center have teamed up again to offer a free video production class for students in 6th-12 grades. The class will create a PSA on drug awareness. LAHS Basketball Hosts District Quarterfinal Games Tonight

LAPS News:

Los Alamos High School (LAHS) will host the 2-4A Boys District Tournament Quarterfinal game tonight in Griffith Gymnasium. 

The Toppers will take on the Moriarty Pintos. The gates open at 5 p.m. and the game will start at 6 p.m.

For the district tournament, there will be no cash sales and all sales are through GoFan. Passes will not be accepted for any post season game.
