Los Alamos County Council members hear input from the public involved in existing cultural organizations in Los Alamos and members of the Creative District Steering Committee regarding how to move forward with the implementation plan for the new Creative District Tuesday night at Fire Station 3 in White Rock. No action was taken during the meeting, but the Council did provide direction to County Administrator Harry Burgess. Council recommended that Burgess return to Council in approximately 60 days with a plan for governance and a list of people interested in being on a Creative District committee. Council suggested the new Creative District Committee be structured in the model of the current White Rock Implementation Committee. Photo by Bonnie J. Gordon/ladailypost.com
