Candia Is Top Predictor In Weekly Pace Race

Roxana Candia was the top predictor in the weekly pace race held on American Springs Road in the Jemez with a 1 second error off her prediction. 
 
Other accurate predictors were Marjorie Keilers at 6 seconds off, Laura Woodroffe with a 9 second differential as well as the best finisher on the 3 mile course at 22:38, Zachary Medin at 10 seconds off and the first male on the 3 mile course with a time of 23:05, and Esther Wermer recording a 18 second difference.
 
On the 1 mile course 7 year old William Strother was the top finisher at 10:12 and the best female was Nikol Strother with a time of 10:45.
 
Next week’s race is 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, on the Walnut Canyon Trail by taking an immediate right at the Diamond Drive traffic circle on to San Ildefonso Road on North Mesa with the start just to the right. 1 and 3 mile courses will be available.
