Betty’s Birthday Benefit Raises Funds For Senior Centers

The Betty’s Birthday Benefit raised $447.51 for the Los Alamos and White Rock senior centers. A grant through Los Alamos MainStreet helped the nonprofit promote the event. LARSO agreed that every penny raised would be spent at Los Alamos and White Rock businesses. Gifts for the birthday drawing were donated by Lisa Hudston, Florence Riebe and Aimee Kern Neu. Ukulele players performing in White Rock include Doris Ford, Kathleen Logan and performing in Los Alamos Ellie Springfield Patricia Rathbone, Janet Harris, Elise Lee, Greg and Christine Rand.
