Judge Aileen M. Cannon is making the Donald J. Trump classified documents case into a circus. She has allowed Trump’s lawyers to raise endless, spurious issues and failed to make timely judgements.

If criminal charges are brought, do not the citizens of the USA (both the accused and the other 330,000,000+ of us) have a right to a trial within a reasonable length of time? Or does the accused have the right to delay the trial forever with innumerable, irrelevant questions? Is there no limit to the scope of questions that the defense can raise?

If the President is above the law or the Court system cannot adjudicate the laws timely and fairly for every citizen, the United States of America is no longer a country grounded in law and order.
