Daily Postcard: Autumn sunshine highlights a European Starling’s iridescent feathers as it dines on the berries of  Virginia creeper on Saturday in North Community. The European Starling is dark with iridescent green and purple during spring and summer. In the fall, the new feathers grow cream colored tips that give them their spots.
