This week the Los Alamos High School Hilltoppers Girls and Boys Softball and Baseball, Track and Field and Tennis teams have games and meets at  home and away.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—After months of competitions in classrooms and communities nationwide, the 2026 Poetry Out Loud National Finals will take place April 28–29 in Washington, DC.

The family of Christopher (Chris) Gallegos will celebrate his life and patriotism to country with a service at noon, April 16. The Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish will host the service. His family will host a small reception prior to the funeral at 10:30 a.m., at the Betty Ehart Senior Center, 1001 Bath Tub Row.

The burial with full military honors will take place following the service at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2 p.m.
