EAA News:

EAA Chapter 691 of the Experimental Aircraft Association is hosting a Young Eagles Rally on Oct. 21, 2023, at the Los Alamos Airport.  

They will be giving free airplane rides to kids 8-17 years old. Parents can register online for the rally at https://youngeaglesday.org/?yedetail&event=890wd8o3Q. A legal guardian must accompany the child to the Rally where they will need to sign a registration form and a waiver prior to the child’s flight.  

The Los Alamos Civil Air Patrol will also be at the Rally and available to answer questions about their aviation program.

EAA Chapter 691 is a nonprofit, educational and scientific organization that promotes aviation and serves to educate its members and the youth of our community. Chapter 691 serves Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Espanola, and the surrounding communities. We are a group of pilots, aircraft builders, and aviation enthusiasts who get together to fly and support recreational aviation in all of its forms.
