LAAC News:

Twenty residents of Los Alamos came out for the Sec Sandoval Chalk Walk May 30-31, decorating their sidewalks and driveways with unique pieces of chalk art.

Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) hosted the event.

LAAC announces the winners in the following categories:

• First Place Family – Nora, Chris and Alison.
• First Place Adult – Andrea and Winnie.
• Second Place Family – Libby, Logan and Lily.
• Second Place Adult – Kaity.

Congratulations to all the winners. LAAC thanks everyone who participated. Some amazing pieces were presented to the judges.

All the artists are encouraged to participate next year. The community is invited to attend other events planned for the future.
