‘Why I Am Pro Life’ Essay Opens For Local Students

LARTLC News:

Los Alamos Right to Life Committee, LARTLC, announces an essay contest for Los Alamos students in the Middle School and High School.

The essay title is “Why I Am Pro Life.” By submitting the essay, the contestant and parent agree to allow LARTLC to reprint the essay and that the essay is original, but not copyrighted. Essays will be more than 600 words and will be read and judged on originality, content and accuracy.

Each contestant will receive a certificate of participation and $200 will be awarded for the winning essay for grades 9-12, and $100 will be awarded for the winning essay for grades 7-8. Each submission must include name, address, phone number and grade level.

The deadline for submission is May 3.

The essays can be submitted by mail or email.
