White Rock Little League Needs Umpires

If you love baseball and softball and are looking for a way to become involved in youth sports but don’t have the time to commit to coaching a team, umpiring may be the perfect way to volunteer for White Rock Little League.

 

Every Minor A, Major, Junior and Senior game requires two umpires, so there are plenty of opportunities to call a game.

The typical time commitment for an umpire is 30 minutes prior to the game time until approximately 10 minutes after game time. (Average game time is two hours.) You can call as many or as few games as you like.

 

Training is provided, if needed. Junior Umpires are also needed. This can be a paid position. Contact Umpire Coordinator David Gartz at gartzdr@gmail.com.
