Robert and Andrea Weiss, along with Kent Taylor and Colleen Collins, announce the upcoming wedding of their children. Brandi Weiss and Nash Taylor have set their wedding date for Oct. 11, 2025.  The wedding, which will take place at the Pajarito Mountain Ski Hill, was selected from an early memory of when they began dating. The area was chosen due to its secluded location and their joint love of nature. Brandi and Nash are both graduates of the Los Alamos High School Class of 2019. Brandi holds a master’s degree in Sociology from New Mexico State University and Nash a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, also from NMSU. Brandi works for the Los Alamos Community Foundation as a Program Manager, and Nash works for Los Alamos National Laboratory. The couple returned to Los Alamos earlier this summer. The pair were engaged on Jan. 6, 2023, when Nash proposed at sunset on the balcony of a cruise ship. When other travelers heard that she said yes, they burst into applause. Photo by Grace Colletti
