A contractor working on the Bathtub Row Roadway and Utilities Replacement project hit a water line near 15th Street and Iris Street yesterday morning. Water crews from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) were dispatched for repairs.
Water was turned off for commercial customers in the vicinity while the water main was fixed. Impacted customers were in the building in the southeast quadrant of Central Park Square that runs parallel to Central Avenue and the Los Alamos National Laboratory building in Central Park Square.
