The Aquatic Center will begin offering modified semi-private swimming lessons, for levels 2 & 3, limited to two students per class and where the parent is in the water with their child and the instructor teaches from the deck.
Twenty-five minute lessons will be offered Monday/Wednesday & Tuesday/Thursday for $70 (non-refundable).
- Level 2 Seahorse: Little to no water experience is required. This class introduces children to the water with fun water activities with parent. Class emphasizes safety, floats, glides, rolls, submersion and motor skills.

- Level 3 Goldfish: Students are comfortable with the water, and basic swim strokes will be introduced with parent help. Emphasis on underwater exploration (goggles recommended), intro to treading water, and combined motor skills.

Online Registration began Monday for October Swim Lessons. The Aquatic Center asks that patrons confirm that they still have access to their accounts prior to registration opening. Walk-in registrations will not be accepted.

Students should stay home if they are feeling sick. Parents are required to be in the water with their child. Locker rooms are not available, students must come swim lesson ready. This format will be the norm during the COVID-19 pandemic. Providing services while maintaining the health and safety for staff and community remains the goal.
