The White Rock Visitor Center on Rover Boulevard Wednesday shows reconstruction efforts are still in progress following a runaway vehicle collision on May 2. Massive damage occurred to the Visitor Center from the unoccupied vehicle that left the nearby gas station, gained speed across the adjacent parking lot and smashed with surprising force into the side of the brick building.
