VFW News:

The Veterans of Foreign Wars will host a Steak Dinner Fundraiser and Horseshoe Tournament Saturday at the VFW (across Trinity Drive from Sonic).

The Horseshoe Tournament is at 1 p.m. and prizes will be awarded.

Dinner is 4-8 p.m. and consists of ribeye steak, baked potato, corn on the cob, coleslaw and dessert. The cost is $16 per person. Hotdog plates for kids are $5.

Proceeds from this event will benefit veterans programs during the holidays.
