UWNNM News:

The United Way of Northern New Mexico (UWNNM) hosted a thank you lunch Friday, Oct. 28, for its annual Employee Giving Campaign at the Los Alamos County Municipal Building.

UWNNM’s goal to raise $500,000 for next year’s nonprofit grantees has been greatly influenced by the generous donations from workers around Los Alamos and has reached more than $430,000 thus far.

The Employee Giving Campaign lunch was a way for UWNNM to give back to workers who have donated money through the automatic deduction from their paycheck, and for all the work they do to service the community of Los Alamos.

As UWNNM continues to raise funds in efforts to reach $500,000 by Jan. 1, 2023, it asks that anyone interested in donating or becoming a nonprofit grantee visit UnitedWayNNM.org for more information.

Grant requests are being accepted until Dec. 1. Donations are always accepted and appreciated.

To donate to UWNNM and its future nonprofits, and for more information about how to apply and submit the 2023 Grantee Application Form, visit UnitedWayNNM.org.
