Urban Park Tennis Court Resurfacing Begins Today

COUNTY News:

Repair work will get underway today at the northeast tennis court in Urban Park. Contractors will be resurfacing a large area of this court to make it safer for play.

Although the tennis court may not be available during the day, contractors plan to leave the court playable in the evenings.

Visitors in the area are asked to use caution around the court, obey closure signs and generally avoid resurfacing activities in progress. Parents are especially asked to keep close watch on their children at play in the parks – advise small children to avoid the construction areas for their own safety.

Completion of work is weather dependent.
