Los Alamos Police and Fire Department personnel responded to a single-vehicle rollover at 8 p.m. Sunday at Diamond Drive and Ridgeway. The driver, Bobbyray Sisneros, 21 of Hernandez, was cited for speeding and open container and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
