During the last week, the Los Alamos Daily Post has conducted its first poll. Readers were asked to “Rank the following unfunded Phase II CIP projects in the order in which they preferred to see them completed (or choose “Do not Proceed” for projects they did not want to see funded by Los Alamos County.)

The Los Alamos Daily Post received 152 valid votes.

Following are the results in the order that Los Alamos Daily Post readers would like to see the projects completed:

1. Nature Center / White Rock Civic Center (Tie)
2. Nature Center / White Rock Civic Center (Tie)
3. Ashley Pond Improvements
4. Teen Center
5. Community Broadband
6. Aquatic Center Leisure Pool
7. Public Safety Radio System
8. Ice Rink Lift Station

Beyond 9th Place: Ice Rink Locker Rooms, Golf Course Improvements, Ice Rink Cover and White Rock Gateway Structure.

In the “Do Not Proceed” question, White Rock Gateway Structure received 92 votes.

3. Aquatic Center Leisure Pool – 12 + 7 + 15 = 34
