U.S. 84/285 Camel Rock Exit 175 Bridge Rehabilitation … Lane Closures Begin Monday

SANTA FE The New Mexico Department of Transportation and Hasse Contracting Co. will resume work after winter suspension.
 
The contractor continues bridge rehabilitation work on U.S. 84/285 at mile marker 175.00 Camel Rock Exit 175. The contractor will overlay the bridge. This project is scheduled to be completed mid-June; weather permitting
 
Starting Monday May 20 through Wednesday May 22, the U.S. 84/285 southbound lanes at the Camel Rock Exit 175 will be CLOSED 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be diverted to the on and off ramps during this time.
 
Thursday May 23 and Friday May 24, the U.S. 84/285 northbound lanes at the Camel Rock Exit 175 will be CLOSED 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be diverted through on and off ramps.. Motorists can expect traffic delays during this time.
 
NMDOT thanks you for your patience during this bridge improvement project.
 
Drivers are urged to watch for workers in the area, observe traffic control signs and reduce speed to the posted speed limit. Updates on this project will be posted on the New Mexico Department of Transportation’s road advisory website, http://nmroads.com/.
