Native American Film explores the use of films produced by Native Americans to express their experiences in the United States.
Class showings will include Doe Boy and a discussion of the life of Beverley Singer, head of the Native American Film at UNM in Albuquerque.
Class begins Wednesday March 20.
The Bard on the Silver Screen examines the range of interpretation given to Shakespeare’s work on film and stage.
Instructor Robert Benedetti, three-time Peabody and Emmy award winner, former Dean of Theatre at the California Institute of the Arts, and renowned Shakespeare director, will guide film viewings and discussions on Thursday evenings starting March 25.
