Tune Up Your Business in 2013

The Small Business Development Center affiliation between the University of New Mexico-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) and the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation (LACDC) ended in December.
Going forward, LACDC services are being offered under the identity of the “Los Alamos Business Assistance Services.”
No-cost, confidential business advising and assistance as well as affordable business workshops will continue to be offered in synergy with other LACDC programs including the Chamber of Commerce and Los Alamos MainStreet programs.
LACDC has assisted hundreds of businesses, non-profits and aspiring entrepreneurs in the Los Alamos area since instituting business assistance services in the mid-1980’s.
The Los Alamos Business Assistance Services program provides services to help businesses start, grow and succeed. Business advisement is provided on a no-cost, confidential basis.
Other types of business assistance offered include facilitation of economic development opportunities, business incubation services, developing and providing market information and analysis useful to business decision making, advocacy, referrals and youth entrepreneur support.
