Registration for lacrosse is open. To learn more, attend “Try Lacrosse for Free Day” 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Overlook Park in White Rock.

There will be games, activities and raffle.

Why Lacrosse?

• Lacrosse is a dynamic, team-oriented sport that fosters athleticism, confidence and lifelong friendships. The program will focus on skill development, teamwork and having fun on and off the field.

Who Can Join?

• Three youth teams:

• • 10 U (co-ed)
  • 12U (co-ed)
  • 14U Boys

• JV Girls: 7th grade – 12 grade
• High School Boys: 9th – 12th grade

No prior experience necessary – just a love for learning and playing!

What to Expect in 2025:

• Expert coaching from experienced lacrosse players and coaches.
• Practices and games in a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Opportunities to compete with other teams in the region.
