Traffic control has been revised on westbound N.M. 4 at the Pajarito Road intersection near White Rock.
The white stop bar pavement marking on N.M. 4 will be moved west approximately 30 feet, clearing the intersection approach to provide a free right turn onto Pajarito Road.
Vertical lane markers have been placed along the free right curve to help motorists maintain their lane.
Motorists intending to turn right onto Pajarito Road are asked to slow down and use their turning signals to indicate their intentions to other drivers.
REMINDER: The speed limit through the construction area is 30 miles per hour.
Please slow down, use extreme caution, and drive defensively.
Paving the south side of the N.M. 4 construction area is scheduled to begin within the next week.
Once paving is completed, the contractor will begin to shift traffic to the south side of N.M. 4.
