The introduction of a comprehensive commercial real estate database and customized data services for new and existing businesses will provide valuable insights and support tourism and economic development initiatives.  

As a part of the town’s strategic business attraction efforts, the new commercial real estate database will serve as a centralized hub for prospective entrepreneurs and investors seeking commercial properties in Red River. It will feature a wide range of available properties for sale or lease, providing an easily accessible resource for those looking to establish or expand their business presence in the area.

In addition, the Town of Red River has partnered with Placer.Ai, a leading provider of foot traffic data, to offer customized data services to businesses. The extensive data collected by Placer.Ai will offer invaluable insights into customer foot traffic patterns, enabling businesses to make informed decisions to drive growth and enhance operational efficiencies.
