The introduction of a comprehensive commercial real estate database and customized data services for new and existing businesses will provide valuable insights and support tourism and economic development initiatives.
As a part of the town’s strategic business attraction efforts, the new commercial real estate database will serve as a centralized hub for prospective entrepreneurs and investors seeking commercial properties in Red River. In addition, the Town of Red River has partnered with Placer.Ai, a leading provider of foot traffic data, to offer customized data services to businesses.
