Toppers Varsity Girls Soccer Clinch Division Win With Victory At Home Against Taos Tigers

The Los Alamos High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team faced off against the Taos Tigers Thursday afternoon at Sullivan Field.

The game was scoreless in the first half, with evenly matched offense and defense on both sides.

Midway through the second half, the Toppers finally broke through the Tigers’ defense and found the back of the net four times before the game concluded.

Tara McDonald scored two goals along with one each for Jenna Harris and Addie Witt.

The Toppers will have their final regular season game against Moriarty at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sullivan Field. The Seniors will be recognized at 10:45 a.m. before the game gets underway.
