The Topper Baseball team hosted the Taos Tigers in a double header played on Bomber Field Monday afternoon. The Tigers started out strong in the first game by scoring 5 runs in the first inning. The Toppers struggled until the 5th inning when they scored 7 unanswered runs to take the lead and expanded the lead to win the first game 11-8. The Toppers dominated the Tigers in the 2nd game winning 17-2. This brings the Topper’s record to 8-0 in district and 14-5 overall.
