SPORTS News:

The Los Alamos High School Hilltoppers baseball team won both ends of a doubleheader played against the Española Valley High School Sundevils on Saturday in Española.

The Toppers won the first game 14-1 in 5 innings and the second game 3-1 in regular time.

The Toppers dominated the Sundevils in the first game with good pitching, strong hitting and spot-on fielding. The second game was more competitive.

The Toppers’ next outing is 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 24 in Taos.
