The Living Treasures of Los Alamos Board has named the Treasures for 2024 including Rick Reiss, Natali Steinberg and Bill Wadt.
The Living Treasures ceremony to honor the 2024 Living Treasures of Los Alamos recipients will take place in October but due to space limitations, the ceremony is by invitation only.
Those wishing to nominate a community member for this distinctive honor are encouraged to do so. Submission requirements about the documents needed for nomination are available on the website. The process is open year long and closes each June, at which time the Board makes its annual selections.
2024 Living Treasure Natali Steinberg
Rosalie Heller, a longtime Los Alamos resident, spearheaded the creation of the program in 1999. Many local senior citizens have been celebrated since that time for their momentous achievements and contributions to the community.

Los Alamos Living Treasures is a local nonprofit and donations for the ceremonies are tax-deductible. Checks may be mailed to Los Alamos Living Treasures at P.O. Box 1065, Los Alamos, NM 87544.
