The Top Workplace program conducts voluntary and anonymous employee surveys through a third-party advanced analytical platform, Energage, to detail employee engagement in 12 cultural categories and recognize the top workplaces based on the results.
TechSource scored in the top 25% of employers in 11 of the 12 cultural categories and the top 5% in Employee Appreciation, Meaningful Work, Leaders-In-The-Know, Work-Life Balance, Company Direction, and Operating by Strong Values categories. TechSource also placed in the top 1% of companies nationwide where employees feel valued and would recommend working at their employer to others.
