TCMG 30th Grand Finale To Honor Land & Cultures Of Taos

The Taos Chamber Music Group’s (TCMG) 30th Anniversary Season comes to a close 5:30 p.m. June 3-4 at the Harwood Museum of Art in Taos.

The program, “Song for Taos”, features renowned Taos Pueblo musician Robert Mirabal and the alternative string quartet ETHEL (Ralph Farris, viola, Kip Jones, violin, Dorothy Lawson cello, and Corin Lee, violin.)

Its centerpiece will be the world premiere of “Red Willow Suite”, conceived of by Mirabal in response to a commission by the Taos Chamber Music Group to compose a work that honors TCMG’s 30 years of music, community, collaboration and connection to the land.
