Swearing In Ceremony Today at Municipal Building for New Probate Judge

The public is invited to attend the official “swearing in” ceremony for newly-appointed Los Alamos Probate Judge Christine Chandler at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19 in Council Chambers at the new Municipal Building, 1000 Central Ave.

First District Court Judge Sylvia LaMar will administer the oath of office. The County Clerk’s office will provide light refreshments after the ceremony.

“We are pleased to have the Probate Judge position appointed by Council, and we look forward to working with Christine Chandler,” County Clerk Sharon Stover said.
