Suicide Prevention Working Group Forming

Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board and Los Alamos County Social Services Department announces the first meeting of the Suicide Awareness and Prevention Working Group meeting.

The meeting will take place 2-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at the new Municipal Building, in the large conference room on the third floor (room 330.)

The goal is to form a working group of experts, representatives of agencies and other entities who will work together to formulate and implement a multi-pronged approach of evidence based and best practice programs that will help bring about long term solutions.

Anyone who has interest in participating in this working group is welcome to attend.
