Steven Lynne: Kroger Lease Could be Executed Tomorrow

Los Alamos Deputy Administrator Steven Lynne explains that NADG has been disatisfied with the results of their leasing activities and has opted to transfer its lease to Kroger. What that entails is that Kroger will will assume responsibility from NADG and will assume the deposit assignment. Kroger will reimburse NADG that deposit … Lynne also said as a clarification that the deposit during the feqasibility period isrefundaqble to Kroger. Most significantly is restarting the lease date, he said. The effective lease date, if approved tonight by Council, would be tomorrow, Sept. 25, 2012. Photo by Carol A. Clark/ladailypost.com
