Kite Festival 2023 May 19-21

This year we will have 10 artist vendors at our Kite Festival which will run from May 19-21 at Overlook Park in White Rock, NM. Participating artists will vend from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 20. Art does not have to be kite related! These booths are free and outside with no electricity.
