First Discraft Ace Race Ever in Los Alamos Aug. 23

Los Alamos Disc Golf will host its first ever Discraft Ace Race in Los Alamos at 11 a.m., Aug. 23 on the North Mesa Disc Golf Course. This event is beginner friendly.
For those not familiar with the Discraft Ace Race, this is what is included in the $25 fee:
- Two Z line (yup Z-line this time!) prototype distance drivers
- One premium Buzzz disc golf towel
- One Discraft classic sandwich cap
- One mini marker disc
- One Ace Race flying skull bag tag

Cleveland Signs Alex Kirk!

CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed free agent center Alex Kirk, Cavaliers General Manager David Griffin announced today from Cleveland Clinic Courts.
Per league policy, terms of the contract were not released.
“His mom and I are happy to see him reach this point but he still has work to do,” Kirk’s father Alan Kirk told the Los Alamos Daily Post. “The family is very proud of him.”
