More than 100 athletes participated in Splash n Dash Wednesday.
There is one more Splash n Dash Aug. 7 and there will be prizes for anyone who participates in three or more of the events.
Splash n Dash events are free and open to ages six and up. There are three courses this year: a 400M swim and 5K run, a 200M swim and 3K run, and for athletes ages 6 to 12, a 100M swim and 1.3 mile run.

The Triatomics will hold a training “Brick” Sunday Aug. 4. The brick will be a 20K bike ride and 5K run along the same course as the Los Alamos Triathlon. Meet at at 9 a.m. at the Aquatic Center parking lot.
