Smith’s/Kroger Officially Notifies County: Trinity Site is a go!

COUNTY News:

Today, Los Alamos County received official notification from Smith’s/Kroger that the lease feasibility period has ended and that the terms of the ground lease with the County will be in full effect.

Now, Smith’s/Kroger is set to begin the initial development phase, including construction of the anchor building (Smith’s Marketplace), at least one other tenant of approximately 10,500 square feet, all parking and other site work.

Smith’s/Kroger will also begin paying the County annual rent of $120,000. For a summary of ground lease terms and Trinity Site documents, link to the County’s webpage here:
