During the last 15 years, Fran Stoval has had six pastels accepted into the Pastel Society of New Mexico Pastel Society (PSNM) show earning her the title of signature member.
PSNM has held a national juried exhibitions annually since 1991. Over the years the show has come to be regarded as one of the best in the nation, attracting artists from states across the country, as well as Canada and Europe.
The 2009 PSNM introduced the Small Works exhibition. This juried exhibition runs concurrently with the National Show.
Stoval’s Small Works painting “Taos” has been accepted this year.
This show runs Nov. 2-25 at the Hispanic Arts Center at the state fairgrounds in Albuquerque.
Stoval shows her pastels at the Coffee House Café, Fuller Lodge Art Center and her Gallery Shop at 650 Canyon Road in Los Alamos.
