Teddie Sue Mooday is a native New Mexican who grew up in Albuquerque, graduated from Sandia High School and the University of New Mexico, and ran track and cross country.

Mooday moved to Los Alamos in 2000 when her husband accepted a position at Los Alamos National Laboratory

“I really love the outdoors and low key lifestyle in Los Alamos,” she said. “It is a wonderful environment in which to raise a family or retire.”

Mooday became a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX in February 2003.

“My business is a relationship business and I have built lifelong friendships with my clients along the way,” she said.

Mooday explains that she has a background in nursing and because client care has always been the first love in her work, it was an easy transition to go into the real estate world.

“It’s all about assisting people with one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime,” she said.

What does Mooday want everyone to know about her and her business?

“When I say my business is a relationship business I mean that with all my heart,” she said. “I work with integrity in everything I do and my hope is that whether my clients are buying or selling, I will take care of them like family.”

It is very important to find someone you can trust and who will help you to accomplish your desires, Mooday said, adding, “My goal is to build relationships one house at a time.”
