Six Earn All-New England Honors For Bears

Former Los Alamos High School Hilltopper, Madison Ahlers, set two school records May 7 in the last meet of her college career.

Ahlers will graduate the United States Coast Guard Academy this month.

Ahlers earned All New England Honors and an individual school record Saturday, May 7. She broke the school record in the 400 meters with a time of 59.66.

The USCGA Bears 4×400 relay of junior Sarah Cummings, sophomore Ashlee Johnson, sophomore Alexandra Cobb and senior Madison Ahlers broke the school record and also earned All-New England honors with a seventh place finish posting a time of 4:04.23.
