SITE Santa Fe 12th International Community Project During First Friday At New Mexico History Museum

NMDCA News:

The New Mexico History Museum is hosting a collaborative community engagement project with installation artist Daisy Quezada Ureña, 5-7 p.m., Oct. 3, during the Palace Avenue First Friday Art Walk.

Daisy’s large-scale, immersive art installation, “Past [between] Present”, which is installed inside the Palace of the Governors, is part of SITE Santa Fe’s 12th International:

Once Within a Time exhibit. Daisy will lead a hands-on project inside the Palace Press together with Palace Press Curator Keri Schroeder. Drop in to participate in this project and meet the artist, then walk over to the Palace to check out both Daisy’s art installation, as well as an installation by Charisse Pearlina Weston.

Visitors can enjoy after-hours activities and connect with the stories that shape the state during First Friday Art Walk. Admission is free to all.
