BUSINESS News:
Site preparation has begun on the new White Rock branch of Del Norte Credit Union at the SE corner of Rover Boulevard and N.M. 4, directly across the road from where a leased branch currently resides.
The new White Rock branch is being designed to complement the DNCU Los Alamos branch with buff and red stucco and stacked stone. It will feature a powerful curved stone wall, paying tribute to the area’s rich Pueblo culture. In contrast, sharp geometric forms that reach skyward are a contemporary nod to the technological heritage of the area.
The new 3,000-square-foot branch will be a full-service faciilty with four teller stations, two drive-thru lanes, ATM service, night deposit drop box service, safe deposit boxes, and local lending offices.
